About Your New Employer: Our client is an online insurance intermediary regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. Established in 2007 and re-branded in 2008, known for their pillars: Search, Talk, and Claims. They are members of Brokers Ireland and carry Professional Indemnity Insurance.
About Your New Job as a Customer Insight & Data Planning Manager:
* Develop segment performance scorecards: Incorporate engagement, conversion, and retention metrics.
* Build and maintain behavioural journey maps: Identify key drop-off and trigger points.
* Produce test-and-learn roadmaps: Ensure results are statistically valid and actionable.
* Deliver regular performance insights and strategic recommendations: Inform CRM optimisation and proposition development.
* Ad-hoc duties: Perform any other duties as deemed appropriate.
What Skills You Need:
* Experience: 5+ years in a similar role.
* Education: University Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, PR, Business Studies/Management, or related fields.
* Technical Skills: Strong analytical capability, comfortable with SQL and data visualisation; familiarity with Python/R is desirable.
* CRM Platforms: Experience with platforms like Salesforce, Adobe, HubSpot, and understanding of automation workflows.
* Communication: Excellent communicator, able to turn complex analysis into clear, actionable narratives.
* Collaboration: Comfortable working with technical teams to align data flows and reporting structures.
