Purpose Of the Role
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Ireland. This hands‑on, generalist role requires in‑depth knowledge of Irish employment law and a proven track record in employee relations. Experience in HR within logistics, transport, or supply chain industries is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive HR generalist support throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, absence, and capability.
Advise managers on Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.
Support organisational change, restructures, and consultation processes.
Coach and develop managers to enhance people management capabilities.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and people initiatives.
The Ideal candidate will have
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist.
Lead and manage employee relations cases in line with Irish legislation.
Experience advising and supporting managers on HR best practices.
Proven ability to contribute to the development of HR policies, initiatives, and continuous improvement.
Experience in creating and interpreting HR metrics.
Ability to support change management initiatives as required.
Experience providing end‑to‑end HR support across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
Strong, up‑to‑date knowledge of Irish employment law.
Previous HR experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain is preferred.
Experience in managing a small team.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage key stakeholder relationships.
Ability to work effectively as part of the wider UK & Ireland HR team while supporting Ireland‑specific HR requirements.
