The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Person to join our retail team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with premium outdoor power equipment and help customers find the perfect ATV, UTV, or lawn machinery for their needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist customers in the showroom and via phone/email inquiries
* Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate ATV/UTV and lawn machinery solutions
* Provide product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and specifications
* Process sales transactions and arrange finance options for customers
* Maintain showroom presentation and product displays
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
* Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
* Coordinate with parts and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
* Keep up-to-date with product knowledge across multiple brands
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* Proven sales experience (retail or similar customer-facing role)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong customer service orientation
* Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full UK/Ireland driving licence
* Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings
Desirable:
* Experience in the agricultural, automotive, or outdoor power equipment industry
* Knowledge of ATVs, UTVs, or lawn machinery
* Understanding of finance products and sales processes
* Mechanical aptitude or technical interest in vehicles

Working Hours
Full-time position with flexibility required for retail hours including weekends.
