Our client are looking for a Senior Delphi developer to join their growing team. Our client are a progressive software company who market their own product suites which are both desktop and web based.

Primary Objectives
You will be responsible for the development of core and customer specific elements of the product suite. You will also contribute to the design and development of new modules within the system. The position will also involve a certain level of business-requirements analysis and this may involve direct contact with customers.

Systems analysis,
Specification and design,
Development of core product,
Research and development,
Software maintenance,
Documentation,
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
Experience in working in an n-tier web development environment
Working knowledge of SQL and database design
Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills
Must be able to work effectively individually and as part of a team
Experience in any other OO-based development environments (C++, C#, Java etc.)
