This company is a multi-disciplined engineering contractor delivering diverse high-end projects throughout Ireland About the role: Tipperary Based Role Join a highly reputable Mechanical Contractor Excellent opportunity to grow and develop with an established industry leader Working on multimillion government project €80-85k salary Fully expensed company vehicle Responsibilities: - Attend handover, site, and project meetings; develop QEHS documents. - Set up and maintain Site Office and Stores with proper signage. - Manage sub-contractors, staff, and coordinate installations safely and to quality standards. - Issue bi-weekly HILTI and Project Reports; assist with programme planning and timesheets. - Order materials, track deliveries, and liaise with suppliers and Procurement. - Oversee commissioning, testing, and project closeout/decant from site Requirements: - Proven experience managing HVAC/mechanical projects on site, including installations and commissioning. - Strong knowledge of mechanical services, builders work, and technical drawings. - Ability to manage sub-contractors, staff, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. - Experience in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress against milestones. - Competence in ordering materials, tracking deliveries, and coordinating with suppliers and procurement. - Familiarity with site documentation, reporting, and closeout procedures, including handovers and QA/QC - Relevant trade background or third-level qualification in construction or engineering. - Full clean driving licence.
