* Key Responsibilities:
* Support the daily operation of a busy visitor site focusing on safety, service, and efficiency.
* Oversee the smooth running of on-site food and beverage outlets including a café and pre-booked group catering.
* Supervise a cross-functional team across catering, retail, and guest services.
* Manage rotas, training, and day-to-day team support.
* Assist in planning and delivering events, group bookings, and seasonal activities.
* Ensure all areas comply with food safety, health and safety, and visitor care standards.
* Monitor spend and help meet site-wide financial and operational targets.
* Carry out regular site checks and work with maintenance to address any issues promptly.
* Provide reporting and feedback to senior operations team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in similar operations or senior management roles within hospitality, catering, or facilities services.
* Strong leadership, people management, and delegation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume food service or soft service operations ideally across a large site or multi-outlet location.
* Proficient in budgeting, reporting, and inventory/stock management.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to deliver high service standards in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
