As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable and dedicated Night Porter to join our team.Role Overview:The Night Porter will be responsible for overseeing the hostel during the night shift, ensuring the safety and security of both guests and the property. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service in an overnight setting.Key Responsibilities:Welcome and check in late-night guests.Ensure the hostel is secure throughout the night, monitoring entrances and exits.Address guest inquiries and assist with any overnight requests.Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in public areas.Handle any emergency situations calmly and effectively.Monitor CCTV and carry out regular patrols of the building.Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.Requirements:Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.Ability to work overnight shifts.Basic knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures is a plus.Level C1 English or higherMust be able to work and live in IrelandWe look forward to hearing from you.Job Type: Full-timePay: €14.50 per hourExpected hours: 8 – 44 per weekWork Location: In person
