What Skills You Need Degree in Architecture (RIAI registered or eligible preferred); additional qualifications in Real Estate, Business, Construction Economics, or Workplace Strategy are a plus.
Strong experience in commercial office design, building systems, and on-site project delivery.
Proven track record in originating and closing significant commercial fit-out projects, or leading a design studio or D&B unit with P&L responsibility.
Deep understanding of workplace trends, sustainability, and programme sequencing.
Excellent communication, proposal writing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional networks across the property and corporate sectors.
