Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a crucial role in driving business success by providing strategic guidance and support to leaders and employees across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop close working relationships with stakeholders to ensure compliance with HR policies and practices.
* Design and implement training programs for leaders and employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Provide guidance on performance management tools and techniques to drive employee performance and align individual goals.
* Support the HR function for 400+ employees across entities in both the Shannon and Dublin region.
* Contribute to achieving annual strategic goals by providing reports on all areas of HR, Payroll, and Learning and Development.
Requirements:
* Proven ability to work confidentially.
* CIPD qualification and degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
* Minimum 5-10 years experience in a Human Resource function.
* Excellent leadership, interpersonal, diplomatic, and negotiating skills.
