Job Description What will you be doing?
We're seeking a highly motivated Director level professional, to expand our Business Outsourcing Services team within S W Dublin.
You'll be a key member of our local and UK Ireland leadership function and will get to lead a high performing team, leveraging emerging technology and delivering outstanding outcomes to our clients!
You'll work closely with Regional Managing Partners and help drive the marketing, business development and growth plans for the office, formulating and implementing a business growth strategy for our key account offerings in the external market, covering Accounts, Payroll, Company Secretarial and other related services.
This is a permanent role to be based at our Dublin office with expected office attendance of 3 days per week minimum.
As a Director for Business Outsourcing Services for at S W, your responsibilities will include among others, Implement a Business Development and Marketing plan strategy to win work from the external market through direct targeting, developing relevant relationships with work providers, hosting of webinars events, external networking building your brand in the external market.
Attending calls / meetings with prospective new BOS clients for prospective work.
Preparation of quotes, engagement letters and the handling of onboarding procedures Deliver a high quality client service Monitor team structure and current processes in line with growth of the BOS portfolio, and ensure timely recruitment of additional staff, as required Arrange training development for the existing team where needed Regular review of Work-In-Progress on a monthly/quarterly basis to assess whether billing, provisioning or fee renegotiation is required Cash collection of debtors Monitor the Gross Margin % on all assignments within your BOS portfolio and address any clients achieving too low a margin Monitor staff Chargeable hours on a year-to-date and month-by-month basis Compile workings for the Annual Budget process for your home office BOS service line Address points and recommendations arising, in any reports issued from time to time, following an internal or external audit of our BOS services Qualifications Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you should have, Strong and demonstrable experience gained post Accounting qualification Demonstrable experience within the Accounting Practice environment A track record in building successful relationships with clients and colleagues Showcase a tech-forward mindset Extensive and effective delivery in the local market First class experience mentoring and developing team members Additional Information As a colleague here at S W you will have access to benefits that include Competitive salary Private medical insurance Life assurance Pension contribution Hybrid working model (role dependent) Generous holiday package Option to purchase additional holiday Shared parental leave Cycle to work scheme Season ticket loan Eye care support We are proud to value the differences that a diverse workforce brings, representative of society and our clients.
