We are currently seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Construction Project Coordinator.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly outcomes. This involves working closely with engineers, architects, and contractors to develop accurate project scopes, preparing cost estimates and financial reports, and monitoring project expenditures.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications in design, civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in a technical-based position. Proficiency in estimation software and project management tools is also highly desirable.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge of construction codes and safety regulations to ensure compliance and minimize risks. You will also be responsible for maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and providing regular status updates.
