**Job Title:** Information Security Architect
This role is part of our Identity and Access Management team, which plays a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's systems and data.
Main Responsibilities:
* Leverage Your Expertise: Apply your advanced technical skills to design, implement, and maintain robust identity and access management (IAM) solutions that align with our zero-trust architecture.
* Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development and execution of our long-term security strategy, providing expert guidance on IAM best practices and industry trends.
* User Case Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to define user cases and IAM requirements for evolving business directions, including private, public, hybrid cloud, and partner environments.
* Reference Architecture: Maintain a comprehensive reference architecture that maps relevant technologies and systems, enabling informed decision-making and effective problem-solving.
* Technology Selection: Evaluate, select, and recommend technology products/services that align with our roadmap, supporting the evolving business needs of IAM.
* Operational Reviews: Participate in operational reviews and security read-outs to ensure services perform as expected, introducing refinements to maintain identity integrity and security.
* Collaboration and Influence: Engage with all levels of the organization, drive collaboration, and trust, ensuring practical strategic priorities are achieved.
* Project Leadership: Oversee the implementation of multiple key initiatives, working closely with line management responsible for executing change, defining associated change management imperatives, and required resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
* Prior experience with PKI infrastructure, security protocols, HSM, Secret Vault, MFA, Privileged access management, SailPoint product knowledge, and Access controls using Active Directory, AAD, IDP, and SSO.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, design and understand DR resilience challenges, and possess self-starter skills with a keen sense of ownership and commitment to work.
