Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Product Development Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to advance their career in pharmaceutical product development.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple complex projects, from concept through commercial launch. They will also have strong knowledge of Quality by Design (QbD) and Design of Experiments (DoE) methodologies.
* Lead the end-to-end development of new products, including design, process development, scale-up, and validation
* Apply QbD and DoE methodologies to optimize formulation and manufacturing processes
* Manage multiple development programs simultaneously, balancing priorities and resources across projects
* Oversee technology transfer from development to pilot and commercial production
* Evaluate existing processes for improvement opportunities
