Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Production Scheduler to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing internal scheduling activities, creating and managing production plans, and coordinating with production to ensure smooth execution.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage internal scheduling activities in line with orders.
* Create and manage production plans.
* Develop and implement outbound shipping plans.
* Oversee product allocation and scheduling.
* Provide accurate product and order lead times to stakeholders.
* Maintain close communication with production to ensure effective planning and execution.
* Contribute to process development, review, and implementation.
* Collaborate with production on order escalation, prioritization, and scheduling.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Background in manufacturing and/or construction industry.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Dynamism and ability to multitask.
