Great opportunity for an early career Technical Analyst to develop in a successful and fast growing engine and aircraft lessor. The main responsibilities include technical analysis and maintenance cost forecasting of the assets over the lease term, analysing and constant development of the company's technical business models, asset and records management of the fleet, analysing maintenance data and maintaining the maintenance cost database.Candidates must have commercial aircraft engines experience, will need to be based in Ireland and willing to work in Dublin.Duties will include the following:Recording of lease technical conditions, specifications and utilisation in the company's asset management systemAnalysing, modelling, and pricing engine and aircraft transactionsReviewing and monitoring the AD/SB status of engines and aircraftAttendance and oversight of aircraft undergoing major shop visit, maintenance events and storageWork with the technical staff to manage MR claims through the review and approval process.Supporting technical and marketing personnelPerform regular maintenance fly forward reports in coordination with wider technical, underwriting and finance teams.Review monthly aircraft utilization reports.Support review of technical invoicesManage the lease management system, maintain current specs of all assetsDesired Skills and Experience2-3 years technical engine/powerplant management experience within an MRO, aircraft or engine lessor, OEM, airline, or service provider.Knowledge of engine technical records requirements.Experience of shop visit and maintenance planningExperience with a lease management systemStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – highly competent user of Microsoft Excel.A collaborative approach to deal managementExcellent organisational and communication skillsGreat attention to detail with strong numeracy skillsAbility to create and maintain excellent relationships with key external investors and internal executive level stakeholdersA positive team approach, capable of working on own initiativeAbility to prioritise, meet deadlines and escalate issuesProcess oriented but with a flexible approach
