This is a permanent, full time role
Fully office based
Key Responsibilities
Placing PO's daily for multiple suppliers and subcontractors
Setting up new suppliers/subcontractors on system
Liaising with accounts to solve invoice queries
The Person
2–5 years' experience in a procurement, purchasing, or supply chain role
Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
Experience working with purchase orders, supplier management, and quotations
Good communication skills with the ability to liaise across departments and with external suppliers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience using ERP or procurement systems is desirable
Ability to work on own initiative and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in resolving invoice or supplier queries
