What You’ll Be Working On
Designing and improving large-scale recommendation and ranking systems
Powering discovery, personalisation, and search experiences
Developing commercially aware and ad-embedded recommendations
Supporting social, location, and destination-based recommendations
Creating ML solutions that optimise for multiple competing business and user objectives
Working closely with ML, backend, and product teams in a distributed environment
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of professional experience in Machine Learning
Proven experience building and running production recommendation systems
Background in areas such as marketplaces, search, ranking, or personalisation
Strong Python skills with an applied ML engineering mindset
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Comfortable collaborating in a fully remote, international team
