We are hiring an experiencedTest Engineer to join a growing technology team responsible for delivering high-quality core and custom software releases.
This role suits a mid-level to senior tester (5–10 years’ experience) with strong manual and automation experience, and solid hands-on exposure to stress and performance testing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage structured test scripts within a live product environment.
Design and execute manual and automated test cases (functional and regression).
Plan and control stress/performance testing using WAPT or similar tools.
Analyse performance results and provide improvement recommendations.
Investigate, document, and track defects through to resolution.
Perform root cause analysis in collaboration with developers.
Contribute to QA process improvements and promote a quality-first mindset.
Communicate testing progress, risks, and release readiness to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
5–10 years’ hands-on software testing experience.
Strong experience in both manual and automated testing.
Proven stress/performance testing experience (WAPT or equivalent).
Comfortable testing across front-end and back-end systems (UI & APIs).
Strong debugging and analytical skills.
Able to work independently while collaborating within cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and organisational skills
