Wedding Coordinator role at BrookLodge & Macreddin Village. The Weddings Team is expanding; we are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and customer-focused professional to join the Sales & Events department to deliver exceptional weddings in a unique village setting.
Responsibilities
* Manage the complete wedding and event lifecycle from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up.
* Build and maintain relationships with wedding couples and event organisers, ensuring a personalised and professional service.
* Liaise effectively with internal departments to guarantee smooth coordination and delivery of events.
* Uphold high standards in customer service and event management within the Sales & Events team.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation to support seamless communication and administration.
* Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, contributing to revenue goals.
* Support on-the-day coordination and execution of weddings and events as required.
Requirements
* Previous experience in events, hospitality, or a sales-focused role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and personable manner.
* Strong computer skills; familiarity with hotel systems is an advantage.
* Highly organised with exceptional administrative abilities and attention to detail.
* Flexibility to work weekends, midweek shifts, and varied hours as business needs require.
