Relationship Manager – Corporate Fleet Solutions
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Relationship Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of established corporate clients within a leading fleet leasing environment.
This is a consultative, client-facing role focused on retention, growth, and long‑term partnership development. You will act as a trusted advisor to your customers, helping them optimise their fleet strategy while identifying opportunities to expand and enhance their account value.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across a range of organisations, building strong, long‑term relationships and becoming a key point of contact for all fleet‑related decisions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys strategic account management, relationship building, and commercially driven targets, and who thrives in a structured but fast‑moving environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Account Growth & Retention
Take full ownership of a portfolio of corporate fleet customers, ensuring strong retention and account growth
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross‑selling, and increasing overall portfolio profitability
Manage pricing discussions, tender processes, and renewal strategies
Track and report performance against key commercial KPIs
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, procurement teams, and operational contacts
Conduct regular account reviews focused on performance, cost optimisation, and service improvement
Position yourself as a trusted advisor for fleet strategy and best practice
Support customer engagement initiatives, including events and business reviews
Operational & Commercial Oversight
Ensure credit, compliance, and AML requirements are in place for your accounts
Manage customer queries and resolve issues to maintain high service standards
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date CRM records (Salesforce)
Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in line with internal processes
What We’re Looking For
3+ years’ experience in corporate account management, relationship management, or consultative B2B sales
Strong background in managing client portfolios and delivering against revenue targets
Confident communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with leasing, financial services, or fleet management is an advantage
Experience with tenders, procurement processes, or proposal writing beneficial
Highly organised, proactive, and commercially driven
Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
