Position Overview
This position performs responsibilities to support families and young children within early education centers. It works within a team environment to facilitate family partnerships, parent engagement, program governance, compliance, and administrative tasks.

Job Specifications
Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Family Studies, Social Work, Human Development, or related field.
Experience: Working with families and young children.
Professional/Technical Certifications: CPR, First Aid Certification, or Child Development teaching permits, or willingness to be trained and certified.
Travel: 10% travel required, including local meetings, trainings, events, and occasional overnight travel.
Work Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week, with potential for non-traditional hours including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
Work Environment: Early Education Center with classrooms for ages birth to 5, playgrounds, office space, and storage areas.
Background & Health Clearance Requirements: Background requirements based on program needs, including background check, live scan clearance/fingerprinting, health clearance, MVR/DMV clearance, child development permit, CPR/Pediatric CPR certification, federal debarment checks.
Additional clearances may be required based on the program(s) supported.
