Business Development Manager Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through consultative sales and relationship building. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to leverage their expertise in identifying prospects, creating customized solutions, and delivering exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in B2B solution sales, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will be able to learn and apply technology solutions, meeting or exceeding activity targets and sales goals.


Key Responsibilities:

* Utilize a consultative approach to identify prospects and create tailored solutions that meet customers' evolving needs.
* Perform thorough needs analysis and prepare compelling proposals to effectively communicate the Elevity solution.
* Meet or exceed sales performance targets while fostering long-term partnerships through strategic relationship building.


Requirements:

* Associate's degree or 2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of B2B solution sales experience with a successful track record and demonstrated high energy level.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Valid driver's license and appropriate auto insurance.
