* Assist in menu planning stock control ordering and inventory management to meet the needs of our clients.
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with all food safety health and safety regulations.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in supervisory roles within catering or hospitality.
* Strong leadership communication and teamwork skills with the ability to motivate and empower staff.
* Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards as well as flexible reliable and capable of working in fast-paced environments.
