LocationHybrid – Ireland (Travelling distance to Kiltimagh)Reports ToHead of Growth & PartnershipsAbout CubbieCubbie is an award-winning sensory wellbeing solution designed to support emotional regulation, inclusion, wellbeing, and behavioural support across education, healthcare, workplace, community, and public sector environments.Cubbie combines immersive sensory environments, personalised programmes, data insights, and proactive wellbeing interventions to help individuals relax, reset, and re-engage.As demand continues to grow across Local Authorities, MATs, NHS Trusts, schools, and commercial sectors, we are looking for a highly organised, commercially aware, and proactive Bid Manager & Sales Operations Executive to support our growth strategy.The RoleThis is a varied and fast-paced role that combines bid management, sales administration, CRM management, tender coordination, proposal writing, and commercial support.You will play a central role in supporting the sales team, coordinating bids and tenders, managing sales processes, improving operational efficiency, and helping convert opportunities into revenue.The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic scale-up environment, be exceptionally organised, commercially minded, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.Key ResponsibilitiesBid & Tender Management• Identify, review, and coordinate relevant tender and framework opportunities• Manage end-to-end bid submissions across education, healthcare, local government, and public sector sectors• Coordinate internal responses from sales, operations, finance, marketing, and leadership teams• Write, edit, and format compelling bid responses, case studies, and supporting documents• Maintain a library of bid content, templates, policies, certifications, and standard responses• Ensure all submissions are compliant, accurate, professionally presented, and submitted on time• Track tender outcomes, lessons learned, and bid performance metrics• Support framework applications and procurement registrationsSales Administration & Operations• Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, order forms, and commercial documentation• Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM data accuracy and reporting• Coordinate opportunity tracking, pipeline updates, and forecasting support• Assist with onboarding new customers and handover processes to Customer Success• Support contract administration, subscription renewals, invoicing coordination, and payment tracking• Create and maintain sales dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools• Support the implementation and optimisation of sales processes and workflows• Coordinate customer documentation including SLAs, DPAs, and implementation paperworkCommercial & Sales Support• Assist the sales team in preparing customer presentations and business cases• Help coordinate customer meetings, demonstrations, events, and exhibitions• Support lead generation and outbound campaigns where required• Conduct research into target markets, funding opportunities, frameworks, and procurement routes• Assist with strategic account coordination across Local Authorities, MATs, NHS Trusts, and enterprise opportunities• Work closely with Marketing to ensure alignment between campaigns, tenders, and sales activitySkills & Experience RequiredEssential:• Previous experience in bid management, sales operations, sales administration, or commercial coordination• Strong written communication and proposal writing skills• Excellent organisational and project management abilities• High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines• Experience using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously• Commercial awareness and strong problem-solving skills• Professional, proactive, and adaptable approachDesirable:• Experience working with public sector tenders/frameworks• Knowledge of education, healthcare, SEND, wellbeing, or public sector environments• Experience supporting B2B sales teams• Familiarity with procurement portals and framework processes• Experience within a fast-growth or scale-up businessPersonal Attributes• Highly organised and process-driven• Positive, collaborative, and solutions-focused• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment• Resilient and adaptable• Commercially minded with strong attention to detail• Passionate about making a positive social impactWhat We Offer• Opportunity to join a fast-growing and purpose-driven organisation• Career development and progression opportunities• Hybrid working environment• Collaborative and supportive team culture• Opportunity to contribute to meaningful social impact across education, healthcare, and wellbeing sectors
