Base pay range
Business Development Manager - Orthopaedics
Location: Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland (Ideally Dublin or Belfast)
Salary: €70,000 - €75,000 / £60,000 - £65,000 + Uncapped Bonus (€20,000 - €30,000 OTE) | Company Car or Allowance | Fuel Card | Pension | Healthcare & Dental | Lunch Allowance | 25 Days Leave

Role and responsibilities
As Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of developing sales of orthopaedic implants and associated trauma solutions to both public and private hospitals nationwide. You will work closely with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre managers, clinical specialists, and procurement teams, managing key accounts while also identifying new opportunities. This is a highly consultative, clinical sales role that requires a deep understanding of the hospital environment and the ability to deliver tailored solutions through strong relationships and technical expertise. Supported by an established sales and applications team, you will have the autonomy to manage your territory while contributing to the division's long-term growth strategy.
The person
* Experience in orthopaedic sales or hospital-based medical device sales is essential
* Clinical Support Specialists in orthopaedics looking to move into sales are strongly encouraged to apply
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills with senior clinical stakeholders
* Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen and ambition to progress into management
* Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel across Ireland
