Job Title: Sales & Accounts Administrator Location: Dublin 12 Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales & Accounts Administrator to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable handling both administrative and basic accounts duties.
The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operations of the business by managing sales documentation, invoicing, and customer communications.
Key Responsibilities Raise and process sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Prepare and manage delivery dockets and ensure all documentation is correctly recorded.
Process and update sales orders within the company system.
Handle customer queries professionally, providing updates on orders, deliveries, and accounts where required.
Manage and process bank requisitions and assist with basic financial administration.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, payments, and customer information.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders are processed and delivered efficiently.
Support the accounts team with general administrative duties.
Requirements Previous experience in administration, sales support, or accounts administration.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial and order documentation.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Experience using accounting or ERP systems would be an advantage.
