To create memorable and engaging welding experiences, offering exceptional professionalism with the customer at the heart of the journey.
How you'll drive success:
* As a leader in your field, you will consistently deliver an experience aligned with all our experiential retail pillars - Community & Connection, Memorable Moments, and Inspiration & Innovation.
* Deliver a world-class experience like no other, establishing a personal connection with new and existing customers.
* Expertly use the welding machine to seamlessly attach bracelets, anklets, and rings to our customers, making it a magical experience.
* You have the ability to be adaptable and genuine in more sentimental appointments.
* An exceptional knowledge of our products and welding services, with a strong presence on the shop floor.
What you'll need to thrive:

* You have previous experience with welding, soldering, or working with jewellery, as well as a true passion for customer experience.
* You're a strong problem solver, with the ability to be adaptable and respond effectively to change.

The Interview Process and Candidate Experience
1. Life Story & Values: A 30-minute video call with our Talent Team to get to know each other better, asking questions inspired by our three core values.
2. Interview with Store Manager: A 30-minute video call for you to meet your Store Manager and discuss your skill set and experience for the role.
3. In-Store Technical Interview: You'll meet one of our Jeweller Mentors to discuss your experience and try out our welding machine.
