And we offer you the freedom to be a positive disrupter and turn big ideas into bold, industry-changing realities.For our business, for clients, and for youJob Specification:• Work cross-functionally across the entire Apex organisation to support and to develop the Apex business as a whole supporting fund administration and depositary operations;• Assist in the drafting, review and management of client and vendor contracts, including client service agreements, NDAs and termination letters;• Maintain an agreement template database, maintain quality and version control of all documents;• Assist on internal projects involving internal Apex corporate actions and new product launches, assisting in the gathering and organisation of documentation and data;• Conduct legal research to support local Legal Counsel and the wider European Legal Team;• Assist in the development of the Legal Team's policies and procedures;• Maintain a register of intellectual property and supporting with registration and renewal of the same;• Processing paper and electronic documents.Qualifications & Experience:· Bachelor's of Laws (LLB) degree or equivalent;· Experience working in a legal, financial or corporate services environment.Skills Required:• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;• Willingness to learn and develop your own knowledge in an ever evolving industry;• Previous experience in a paralegal position within the financial services industry and/or contract management;• An ability to work with a variety of teams and stakeholders across different jurisdictions;• Proficient with MS office tools.Disclaimer: Unsolicited CVs sent to Apex (Talent Acquisition Team or Hiring Managers) by recruitment agencies will not be accepted for this position.
