Job Opportunity: Site Manager
Your new role as a Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on our construction site. You will ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, meeting all targets from shell to completion.
Key responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies, coordinating with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth project execution. You will monitor project progress, preparing regular reports for senior management.
* Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site in a timely and effective manner.
You will conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications. Your skills in problem-solving, decision-making abilities along with strong communication interpersonal skills are essential in this role.
