This role involves nurturing commercially successful partnerships with businesses, distributors, and clients.
Key responsibilities include driving sales performance across segments in the Middle East and Africa region (MEA), managing new business initiatives,providing support for large corporate opportunities ,and establishing strong relationships with brokers,distributors,and clients.
The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of experience in an insurance sales environment,a proven track record of delivering sales targets,strong communication skills,and ability to work under pressure. The selected individual will be responsible for developing strategic plans to drive growth,identifying new market opportunities,gathering data on customer needs,together with leveraging company resources to increase revenue streams across key markets.
