Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the day-to-day activities of the front office and reception area.

* Assist with weekly and monthly payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

* Process ROS returns and interact with the DSP to ensure compliance.

* Manage the processing of starters and leavers on the payroll system.

* Perform weekly and monthly account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
">
* Process and update invoices and payments in a timely and efficient manner.
">
* Collaborate with the Financial Controller to complete month-end accounts and year-end audits.
">
* Provide administrative support to the Operations team as required.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position.
">
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
">
* Up-to-date knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and regulations.
">
* A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is essential.

* Own transport is required for this role.

* The successful candidate must be available to start immediately.
