The Global Commercial Operations Analytics team is responsible for finding solutions within business service towers, advising teams on technology leverage to automate processes, and enhancing procedures.
This data analyst role works closely with finance teams, data engineers, and business analysts to deliver data solutions that meet operational and strategic needs. The focus is on data projects as the finance organisation puts an emphasis on data analysis.
The role will be working collaboratively with other members of the team and providing expertise in data modelling, schema design, data visualisation, and analytics.
Responsibilities
1. Design and implement modern data platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake) to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and analytics goals.
2. Deploy and operationalise analytical models, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and integrated into business workflows.
3. Work closely with finance teams, data engineers, and business analysts to understand requirements and deliver data solutions that meet operational and strategic needs.
4. Design and implement intuitive Power Bi reports and enhance with advanced analytics.
5. Build and maintain datasets that integrate SAP and non-SAP financial data sources, enabling seamless access for reporting and analytics.
6. Ensure metadata is accurately captured and maintained for lineage and governance.

Education
* Degree in sciences or quantitative discipline i.e., Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering or Computer Sciences from Tier-I institute.
* MBA/post-graduation will be preferred.
