Role Overview
Sodexo is hiring an Executive Chef for Colorado Mountain College in Glenwood Springs, CO. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. The role requires at least 2 years of experience with the title of Executive Chef. The successful candidate will collaborate with our Spring Valley Campus and engage in high-profile interactions with the Aspen Music Festival. This position offers a unique balance of high-profile exposure and opportunities to engage with students, campus associations, and committees, helping to promote nutritional value and culinary innovation. The role involves 60% hands-on cooking and requires a natural motivation to develop professionally and mentor the team.

What You'll Do
* Manage menu pricing and costing
* Optimize web-based online ordering programs in compliance
* Balance training, mentoring, hands-on cooking, and administrative responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience: 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience: 2 years in food or culinary services, including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, institutional services, or mall food courts.
