Applications are invited for a permanent post of a Associate Professor or Lecturer/Assistant Professor (Above the Bar) (Energy Systems Engineering) within UCD School of Mechanical and Materials Engineering.
The UCD School of Mechanical & Materials Engineering invites applications for a permanent position in Energy Systems Engineering at either Associate Professor or Lecturer/Assistant Professor (Above the Bar) level. Applicants should have a strong background in thermodynamics and heat transfer.
Salary Scale
* Lecturer/Assistant Professor Above The Bar (7943): €64,753 - €102,539 per annum.
* Associate Professor (7941): €84,172 - €118,870 per annum.
Appointment
Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines.

12:00 noon (local Irish time) on 6 November 2025.
