About the role
We are hiring an Office & Marketing Administrator to support a fast-moving, multi-brand food business operating across retail, hospitality, and events.
This role is split 70% office and administration and 30% marketing and social media execution. The office function is the backbone of the business, while the marketing side offers hands-on exposure and real scope to grow for someone who is motivated and capable.
You will work closely with the Office Manager and CEO, supporting daily operations and helping execute marketing activity across several established brands.
This role suits someone who enjoys being organised and dependable, but who also loves marketing, social media, and brand growth, and wants to build experience in that area.
Key responsibilitiesOffice & Administration (70%)
* General office administration and day-to-day support
* Preparing and maintaining documents, menus, pricing sheets, and version control
* PO tracking, supplier follow-ups, and admin chasers
* Data entry and maintaining trackers and spreadsheets
* Supporting office operations as delegated by the Office Manager
Marketing & Social Media Support (30%)
* Scheduling and posting social media content across multiple brands
* Updating websites, online listings, and marketing assets
* Supporting retail tastings, promotions, events, and launches
* Uploading content, images, and copy
* Tracking and reporting on marketing activity and output
The ideal candidate
* 2–5 years' experience in an office, admin, coordinator, or assistant role
* Strong interest in marketing and social media, with a desire to grow in this area
* Highly organised, reliable, and detail-focused
* Comfortable handling routine admin and follow-through
* Confident using email, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets
* Experience working in a marketing, creative, food, retail, or hospitality business is a strong advantage
* Experience with social media scheduling tools or CMS platforms is a plus
Reporting & structure
* Reports to the Office Manager
* Works closely with the CEO and wider operations and marketing teams
