Role Overview
As a leader in the new product development cycle, you will be responsible for driving international teams towards timely and budget-friendly project execution.
This role is the primary interface to the Core team, where you will lead by example and ensure seamless collaboration between operations and core functions.
* Direct the Extended Operations Team to achieve on-time and on-budget performance throughout the new product development process.
* Develop strategic plans outlining scope, budget, and project timelines for assigned work packages.
* Guarantee alignment of scope, cost, resource, and schedule objectives between operations and core team functions.
Key Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and launching new Medical Device Products and therapies from inception to launch.
* Bachelor's degree required with an emphasis in Engineering or Business Administration.
