About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned B2B marketer with expertise in partner management, account-based marketing, event management, and executive engagement.

This person must be an exceptional communicator with a creative and strategic approach, able to adapt to evolving priorities.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement an ABM strategy for EMEA growth markets
2. Support the Partner Alliances team in managing Salesforce partners and sponsors at key events
3. Coordinate customer and prospect participation in flagship events (e.g. Dreamforce, Connections, Gitex)
4. Act as a liaison for the Executive Engagement team for region-specific activities
5. Support strategic events in key markets
6. Assist with our 'event in a box' program
Key Qualifications:
* At least 5 years of experience in a B2B marketing role
* Proven track record of orchestrating and measuring various marketing tactics, including top accounts, strategic events, and executive engagement
* Experience in physical and virtual event management
* Expertise in managing partnerships and sponsorships
* Self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills
Preferred Skills:
* Degree in Marketing or Business with a strong academic record
* Global experience working across different regions
* Familiarity with Salesforce and related products like Slack
This role involves travel to events in the EMEA region.
