Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Chef de Partie for a fantastic 4 star hotel based in Tralee, Co. Kerry
The main responsibilities of the Chef de Partie would be to manage and prepare your section. You will assist the Head Chef in maintaining and setting culinary standards, producing exceptional dishes and enhancing the guest experience.
REQUIREMENTS
1. 2-3 Years Chef de Partie experience within a 4*/5* hotel or similar environment essential for the role.
2. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen management practices.
3. Fully HACCP trained with a good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
5. Willingness to learn and develop within the kitchen.
6. Flexible with working hours as role will include, mornings, evenings and weekends.

7. Competitive salary of €15.50 – €16.50 per hour dependent on experience and qualifications.
