We are seeking a positive, friendly and reliable professional to join our small business. The role of the Installation coordinator is an essential part of the team. Your role will be to coordinate our mobile workforce to ensure installations are booked with clients in a timely manner and ensure the company is delivering excellent customer service to clients and vendors.
Responsibilities include:
* Planning and scheduling of Installation appointments with clients throughout Dublin and surrounding areas.
* Managing installations timetable daily.
* Ensuring SLAs are met within set timeframes.
* Managing a high volume of both internal and external communications by phone and email.
* Assigning engineers with new installations nationwide.
* Liaising with engineers ensuring they have all relevant information and equipment to carry out installations and service calls.
* Maintaining and recording of completed installations.
* Maintaining and recording of stock.
* To adapt to and complete any additional ad-hoc requirements as instructed by manager.
The Individual:
* Excellent verbal, written communication.
* Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
* Proficient with Microsoft suite, Excel, Word and SharePoint.
* Excellent geographical knowledge of Dublin and surrounding areas.
* Good observation skills, with attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a process driven environment and manage sudden changes in priorities.
* Ability to work in fast paced environment.
* Ability to work equally well alone using initiative or effectively as part of a team.
* Good decision-making skills.
* Fluent in English.
Job Type: Full Time permanent position (following 6 month probation period)
Hours – Monday – Friday 09:00-5:00pm
Work location -In person - Kildare.
