Their portfolio spans commercial, residential, retail and industrial developments, with a strong track record of repeat business built on quality, safety and reliability.With a very healthy order book for the coming years, increased turnover and profitability being reinvested in the business, this employer is an ideal company to forge a career and become part of the exciting future that lies ahead.Your New RoleFollowing continued project wins, the company is looking to strengthen its management team with the appointment of a Project Manager to lead civil schemes ranging in size from smaller works up to projects valued at £25mil+. You will take full responsibility for projects from pre-construction through to completion of substructures, overseeing works including foundations, structures, steel and concrete packages and associated civils works from roads to drainage.You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, ensuring programmes are met, quality standards are upheld, and health and safety remains paramount.
