We require experienced Contracts Supervisors for materials testing projects based out of our Cork Laboratory.

About The Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
* The role requires managing a team of technicians on various contracts throughout the South of Ireland.
* Organise workload to plan, raise and assign work to technicians
* Working closely with clients to ensure contract requirements are met.
* Ensuring that all work is carried out to the relevant standards for Quality Assurance.
* Develop and train technicians as well as carrying out quality and technical audits
* Reporting all testing results to the relevant parties in a timely and organised manner.
* Progress current contracts and attend monthly operations meetings liaising with relevant departments to ensure customer requirements are met on time.
* Schedule upcoming work and actively pursue new contracts
* The role would require candidates with excellent communication skills, when liaising with customers and clients.
* The roll will require a split between office and site
* Ensuring the highest standards of health and safety are met by the candidate and the team they are managing.
PERSONNEL SPECIFICATION
* Full clean driving license
* 3rd Level Industry Qualification preferable
* A minimum of 3 years working in the Construction Materials sector
* A degree of flexibility will be required regarding working hours as occasional early morning starts and late evening work.
* Night works and weekend work may also be required for special contracts.
