We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and manage multiple projects across Ireland. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with clients, contractors, and design teams, utilising their expertise in construction methodologies, cost management, and contract administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare accurate tender and contract documents.
* Provide estimates and manage project costs.
* Evaluate and negotiate contracts.
* Assist with preparation of cost plans and cash flow projections.
* Document controls and filing.
* Regularly communicate with clients and stakeholders.
* Assist with preparation of progress reports.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
* Proven track record as a Project Manager within the Consultancy construction sector.
* Strong understanding of construction methodologies and cost management.
