32 hours per week. The role is that of a Support Worker, providing person‑centred support to individuals with complex needs.
Qualifications & Skills
A full QQI Level 5 Health Care Qualification (health, community, care sector).
A genuine passion for providing person‑centred support.
Full, clean driver’s licence.
Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
Awareness of Key Worker/Support Worker philosophy and ability to work on own initiative.
Experience in programme planning and person‑centred plans.
Location & Contract
Location: Celbridge, County Kildare.
Contract type: Permanent Part‑time (32 hours per week).
