About Your New Job
* You'll develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to meet milestones. Oversee all construction phases from start to commissioning and handover.
* Act as the main contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Maintain clear communication and resolve issues quickly. Present regular project status reports.
* Lead on-site construction teams and subcontractors. Create a positive work environment. Ensure everyone understands their roles. Participate in monthly Lessons Learned sessions and mentor team members.
* Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Implement quality control procedures and conduct regular site inspections.
* Identify and manage project risks. Develop contingency plans and keep documentation up-to-date. Control project budgets, track costs, and approve expenditures. Find cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
What Skills You Need
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field required. Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus. Minimum 5 years project management experience in large-scale construction. At least 2 years in renewable energy projects.
* You need proficiency in project management software like MS Project or Primavera. Familiarity with CAD software helps. Strong understanding of solar energy systems and construction methods required.
* Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams. Excellent communication skills essential. Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure. Must be willing to travel and work on-site.
