We are seeking an experienced Enrolment Officer to join our team, responsible for managing and converting high-quality enquiries across Medical, Healthcare, Counselling and Psychotherapy programmes.
* Leads Management: Respond promptly to enquiries from prospective students, educators, governance professionals, and healthcare leaders.
* Lead Qualification: Triage leads to identify strong candidates aligned with academic requirements and career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Driven Results
* Achieve defined monthly and quarterly recruitment targets across Education and partnership channels.
* Maintain a disciplined pipeline management in the CRM, including tasks, notes, forecasting, and conversion reporting.
* Track performance indicators such as qualification rate, consultation activity, conversion, and enrolment outcomes.
Applicant Support and Conversion
* Guide applicants through application, documentation, and admissions steps, including understanding entry requirements.
* Support working professionals in navigating flexible study options, study pace, and workload.
