My client is a leading aircraft lessor, which is hiring a Paralegal / Senior Paralegal to join its Legal team in Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive legal professional to support high-value aircraft leasing and financing transactions in a fast-paced, international environment.
Responsibilities
Support the legal team across end-to-end aircraft leasing and finance transactions
Draft and prepare corporate authorities, resolutions, and related transaction documentation
Assist with the coordination of legal documentation and manage execution processes
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external counsel across multiple jurisdictions
Support account openings, documentation tracking, and transaction closing deliverables
Provide broader corporate legal support and assist with special projects as required
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (law or business preferred)
Experience in aircraft leasing or a similar legal, corporate, or professional services environment
Strong organisational skills and strong attention to detail
Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat, and comfortable learning new systems
