Christmas Period Part Time Role.
Lillies Cocktail Bar in Sligo are seeking to hire bartenders with an interest in cocktails to complement our existing bar team.
We want to hear from candidates who are knowledgable about bar work and who are eager to work and learn in this fast paced environment.
At Lillies Cocktail Bar our signature cocktails are as iconic as the warm and friendly welcome we offer to the public and as such previous cocktail making experience and knowledge of mixology is highly desired. However, full training on all elements of our unique cocktail service will be provided.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a high volume beverage environment.
* Friendly and outgoing personality.
* Clean and tidy approach to work.
* Mixology
* Team player.
* Passion for creating, learning and serving.
* An easy going person with attention to detail and who can think outside of the box.
* Willingness to listen and to learn.
