About the Role
Our stores are the lifeblood of our business. We look for a Supervisor who can maintain the high standards of customer service, sales and visual merchandising, inspiring our teams to deliver an excellent in‑store experience.
Responsibilities
* Ensure efficient shop‑floor operations to achieve customer service, sales and profit targets.
* Support the management team in all personnel, product, merchandising and business processes.
* Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff meetings.
* Communicate all marketing and sales promotions to staff.
* Drive shop‑floor sales and exceed store targets, motivating the team to achieve goals.
* Foster a positive store experience, treating customers and colleagues fairly.
* Deliver the business strategy and ensure staff receive consistent training on product knowledge and store maintenance.
* Achieve company standards for sales performance metrics.
* Manage manager‑on‑duty duties, store opening/closing functions and sales floor operations.
* Promote quality relationships with internal and external customers.
* Build a repeat customer base through unparalleled, spirited service.
* Ensure visual merchandising best practices are executed in the sales floor and backroom.
* Collaborate with management to build a talent pool for key positions and potential successors.
About You
* Prior supervisory or specialist experience within a premium or luxury brand.
* People‑management experience, ability to resolve conflict and unproductive disagreements.
* Effective communicator, capable of building relationships easily.
* Team player who recognizes and celebrates the contributions of others.
* Confident in giving feedback that promotes positive behavioral change.
* Adaptable to change, can work quickly and efficiently.
* Energetic and authentic presence on the shop floor.
* Can‑do attitude with initiative to find in‑store solutions.
