As part of this growth, they are hiring an AML / KYC Manager to support the Head of AML / KYC in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the function.
About the Role: This role offers the opportunity to join at a pivotal stage of growth and help build a high-performing AML / KYC team from the ground up.
Youll be responsible for managing a growing team of analysts conducting due diligence for institutional clients across multiple jurisdictions.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high compliance standards, and acting as a mentor and escalation point for more complex cases.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the AML / KYC function, ensuring timely and accurate completion of due diligence tasksOversee workload distribution, performance monitoring, and quality assurance for the teamAct as a senior escalation point for complex KYC reviews and decisionsSupport the Head of AML / KYC in the continued development and refinement of team processes and controlsProvide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to junior staffEnsure compliance with AML regulations and internal policies across all supported jurisdictions (Luxembourg, Cayman, US, Ireland)Collaborate with stakeholders across Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Operations functions What Were Looking For: 57 years of experience in AML / KYC due diligence, preferably within a financial services environment dealing with institutional clientsStrong understanding of global regulatory requirements, especially across EU and offshore fund jurisdictionsProven experience managing or mentoring team members in a regulated environmentExcellent organisational, communication, and decision-making skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, build-out environment with a hands-on approach Whats on Offer: A key role in a growing Centre of Excellence with global exposureOpportunity to help shape team culture, processes, and performanceCompetitive market-aligned salary and benefits packageHybrid working model, based in Shannon Skills: AML KYC Manager Benefits: Work From Home
