We are presently recruiting for an experienced Lead Window and door Installer for our clients in County Kerry. You will supervise a three-man on-site team and ensure the professional installation of uPVC and aluminium windows and doors. The role involves carrying out high-quality installations, supervising junior fitters, and maintaining clear communication with project coordinators and clients. This is a full time position based in County Kerry with work throughout Kerry
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the installation of uPVC and aluminium window and door systems
* Read and follow survey sheets accurately
* Safely remove existing fittings and apply insulation, sealants, and weatherproofing
* Ensure a clean, safe worksite throughout each project
* Supervise and support team members on-site
* Maintain tools, van, PPE, and scaffolding in good condition
* Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
* Adhere to all health and safety protocols
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in window and door installation
* Skilled in both uPVC and aluminium systems
* Basic plastering abilities (bonding and skimming)
* Full, clean driving licence is essential
